This position is responsible for developing, leading, growing and maintaining our marketing technology toolbox covering retention and acquisition capabilities enabling audience growth and customer engagement
through consistent strategy, branding, positioning and conversion campaigns for the achievement of budgeted revenue goals.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
 Develop, support, and maintain integrations amongst marketing automation, content management, analytics and marketing technology systems
 Work with stakeholders to create and implement test strategies through lead nurturing campaigns and demand generation workflows
 Identify different segmentation criteria based on audience behavior, demographic, geographic, psychographic characteristics, etc.
 Develop, document and manage an email marketing process to optimize communication frequency with customers and prospects, while ensuring region-specific regulatory compliances pertaining to email marketing compliance marketing campaigns and collecting data
 Execute email sends timely and flawlessly; analyze reporting to extract key learnings to share with the broader team in order to improve future campaign performance
 Identify projects for partnership along with department leaders and varied key partners.
 Create reports and dashboards to measure operational effectiveness, attribution and ROI that identifies areas for improvement
 Identify new digital tools, trends and insights to translate business needs to technical requirements that will guide system implementation and integration
 Lead project teams to successfully integrate software solutions for product owners in order to increase marketing performance
 Identify and manage budgets for digital tools.

Some travel is expected for this role and passport is required.


 BA/BS or equivalent working experience
 Certified in HubSpot Inbound marketing, Google analytics and Google digital garage, preferred
 Demonstrated online and offline multi-channel B2B or B2C marketing experience
 Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
 Excellent verbal and written skills
 Experience using a variety of marketing tools including marketing data analytics and automation platforms
